What energizes me most? Helping people. Making someone's day a little easier. Seeing them walk away with a smile. That's been the heart of my work for over 15 years, and it's what drives me every single day.
I started my career in dental offices, managing front desks and helping practices transition from paper files to digital systems like Dentrix, SoftDent, Mediadent, and EagleSoft. I learned early on that the best customer service comes from two things: listening hard and smiling big. Whether someone is frustrated about insurance, confused about a bill, or just having a rough day, I've learned that patience and clear communication can turn almost any situation around.
Later, I brought that same approach to CVS Pharmacy, where I handled high-volume transactions, returns, and technical issues in a fast-paced retail environment. I became skilled at multi-tasking, de-escalating tense situations, and troubleshooting POS systems — all while keeping my focus on what matters most: the person in front of me.
What makes me different? I stay happy through the day. I'm diligent, reliable, and organized. I complete my tasks on time so I can jump in and help wherever I'm needed. People tell me I'm determined to make their jobs less stressful — and that's exactly what I aim to do.
I'm a fast learner who thrives in structured environments where everyone works together as a team.
